Caregiver Walking Group T.B. McQuesten Park

Caregiving can be a demanding and isolating role, so this walking group offers an opportunity for caregivers to step outside, get moving, and share experiences in a relaxed, non-judgmental setting. This Caregiver Walking Group is designed to provide caregivers with a supportive, social, and health-focused space to connect with others, while improving their physical and emotional well-being.

Meet by the pavilion at T.B. McQuesten Park at 10:00am, every other Monday.
