Seniors4Change Workshops

Hamilton Council on Aging | Funded by United Way Halton & Hamilton

Seniors4Change is a peer-led education program from the Hamilton Council on Aging that supports older adults to stay healthy, active, and connected.

All workshops are offered free of charge thanks to funding from the United Way Halton & Hamilton.

Sessions are led by trained older adult volunteers, many with backgrounds in healthcare, education, and community services. They bring both professional knowledge and lived experience, creating a welcoming and relatable learning environment.

These workshops are designed to provide practical information, encourage conversation, and connect participants to local resources.
